Dear Parents/Guardians,
This morning, Conservation officers as well as the school were made aware of a possible cougar siting in Horth Hill. As this report was made within 15 minutes of our outside recess time, we decided to exercise an abundance of caution and keep students inside. Conservation officers are investigating this report and looking for evidence and corroborating reports.
If your child walks home from school or the bus you may wish to consider adjusting those plans. If we can help you with sharing that information, please reach out to us. We hope to be updated on information as it becomes available.
