For the 6th year, Deep Cove students and families will be supporting Anawim House via a donation drive led this year by M. Makuch's and Mme. Burke's classes. Students in these classes will deliver the school community's donations on June 22nd, will get a tour of the house, and meet some of the residents. It is a great learning opportunity for the kids, and a good way to support some of those less fortunate in our greater community.
A list of needed items is being maintained at the link below. If you are able to contribute, please update the list to reflect your purchases/donations, and send the items to school with your child. If possible, please have donations to the school by Wednesday, June 20th.
