Message from Central Saanich Municipality:
Due to the heavy rainfall, students are advised to be vigilant around trees as the heavy rain followed by the wind expected later today can bring trees down. The public has been asked to please stay out of parks and off forested trails and to exercise caution.
In addition..... please ensure your child has a coat and appropriate footwear for being outside. Although we didn't head out today, we will be attempting to have most of our recess time outdoors. We do not have extra clothing at school so please pack additional socks or pants if your child may require this.
