For the past several years, Deep Cove School Staff have offered the opportunity for parents to leave the School Supply shopping to them!  We would like to continue to offer this opportunity for the 2020-2021 school year.   For $35, your child will receive all of their classroom supplies for the year.  This would include pencils, paper, exercise books, pens, scrapbooks, felts, crayons, etc.  Families would continue to provide indoor runners and back packs.

If you are interested in participating in this opportunity you have two options

Option #1 -   Send a cheque for $35 addressed to Deep Cove PAC.  Please write your child’s complete name in the ‘Memo’ portion of the cheque.  If you have more than one child at the school please write all of their names if using the same cheque to pay for them all.  Please submit your payment either to your child’s classroom teacher or to the office (if currently not attending school in person) by Friday, June 19th.

Option #2 - The second option is to e-transfer $35  to (no password required) with your child's name in the message portion   Follow the instructions to make your payment.

** Please note that due to the current safety protocols we are unable to accept cash.

Please know that this is simply an opportunity for your family.  You are able to access the supply lists for next year off the Deep Cove Website (available by June 19)  if you would prefer to purchase supplies independently.  If supply purchase presents a financial hardship to your family please discreetly inform either your child’s classroom teacher, Mrs. Kaercher, Mrs. Durand or Mr. MacGregor and the fee will be covered from school funds.

Please read the attached letter regarding School Supplies for the 2020/ 2021 school year for more information.
