A few bits of information for the coming week:
- Maple Man will be with us at the school on Monday. Each class will enjoy an informational presentation on the making of maple syrup, as well as cultural music, before being offered a small taste of "la tire" which is maple syrup poured over ice and wound around a popsicle stick. Thanks to CPF for contributing a large portion of the fee for this wonderful presentation. Parents are welcome to come drop in to see part of the presentation if they'd like.
- Intermediate students will be travelling to UVic for a morning at the symphony on Monday.
- Pink Shirt Day this year is Wednesday, February 27th. We will be holding a student-led assembly at 10:30 on that day. Again, if you are interested in attending, please join us.
- There is going to be a PAC organized Family Dance during the late afternoon/early evening of Friday, March 8th. More information to follow.
- The kids generally did a great job of playing respectfully and safely in the snow this past week. Now, hopefully on to warmer weather.
