Dear parents and guardians,
Even if you are not submitting a SFR, we strongly encourage you to participate in the budgeting process and help decide how we allocate the funds. This is a significant amount of money (25k this year) that provides huge benefit to our children by directly enhancing their school experience. We are incredibly fortunate to have these kinds of resources to support our kids and it’s important for parents/guardians to participate in the decision making process.
The following are the dates for submissions and voting:
May 1st – SFRs are due. They can be dropped off at the office to the attention of the PAC Executive
May 10th – PAC Executive Meeting to review SFR submissions and develop draft budget/recommendations
May 11th – Draft SFR budget distributed to parents/guardians for review (the draft budget will be posted on the PAC board at the school, posted on the PAC page of the school website and distributed through email)
May 24th – PAC General Meeting to vote on the draft SFR budget
