Attached is the draft Special Funding Request budget for the 2016/17 year. We had $21,000 to allocate this from this year’s Christmas Fair fundraising efforts. The attached budget is a draft and we will be reviewing, discussing and voting on the final version at the June 8th General PAC meeting (7pm).
We very much encourage all parents and guardians to attend the June 8th meeting to participate in the vote. This is an important opportunity for you to provide input ad direction on how the funds raised will be spent to enhance your child’s school experience. It’s also a great opportunity to hear about the school’s priorities for the upcoming year and discuss how we, as a PAC, can support them.
